Cruz 01:03 PM, Feb 07, 2022

Hi! I would like to ask if there are subsequent regulations and/or memorandum orders that would amend or repeal RMO 7-2016 dated February 16, 2016?

Are the provisions of RMO 7-2016 still applies to date? This is regarding the format and requirements of a valid Tax Payment Certifications issued by BIR.

Moreover, can the BIR confirm that the Certification presented by Ferdinand Marcos Jr. dated December 9, 2021 issued by RDO 7B is a valid Certification under the existing BIR Rules and Regulation.

Thanks,
F.Cruz
