Hi,
Hope this message finds you well.
I'm writing to ask for your much-needed assistance regarding the soft copy of my ITR, specifically the 1701A form I submitted last April 14, 2021.
Sun Life informed me that I need the said document to renew my license with the Insurance Commission.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you and please stay safe always.
Darwyn
