hI I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST REGARDING MY ITR WITH AFS FOR BUSINESS LOAN

Dear Ms. Camara,

I refer to my letter of Feb 22, 2022 05:53:23 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for REQUEST FOR ITR WITH  AFS.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. If you are asking for ITR and AFS, kindly provide us with the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information
-What ITR form did you file? what year? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR was filed online)

However, we would also like to suggest that if you know where you filed your ITR, you may directly request it to the concerned RDO, bring the duplicate/xerox copy with you for they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the documents requested as these are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 17, 2022 08:40:52 PM, your request will be closed.
