Good day! I'd like to request a copy of the following:

1.) My Income Tax Return - To know if my company is truly paying my ITR annually for I have been their employee for almost 3 years.

2.) If it turns out I have a delinquent record, shall I report my company for not taking care of it? And what shall I do otherwise?

Dear Christine Rapunzel Alvarez,

I refer to my letter of Jun 24, 2021 03:41:56 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. May we know where you filed your ITR for 2017-2020 and what RDO are you registered with. Also, kindly provide us the Tax Return  Confirmation  Receipt and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns which were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system,  we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 16, 2021 07:46:21 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
