Hi, i would like to make a request regarding my income tax return and a certificate of tax exemption with the purpose of using it as a requirements in applying fo a scholarship in DOST Scholarship program. I hope I'll get your response as soon as possible. That's all thank you and Godbless.

In reply, please be informed that your request for a copy of your Income Tax Return which was coursed through the electronic Freedom of Information (eFOI) was endorsed to Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 71-Kalibo, Aklan for appropriate action.

They will get in touch with you as soon as the requested documents becomes available. Or you may get in touch with them at (036) 268-6159 and (036) 268-3077 and look for Ma'am Satajo.
