Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 13, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

Response to your request

In reply, we have notified/apprised you that your request can be obtained through your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy of BIR Form No. 2316 as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return of the latter according to Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.
