As per reply of the Chief , Assessment Performance Monitoring Division (APMD) thru Ms. Raquel S. Del La Cruz  she requested for an email a copy of the a copy of the Tax Declaration of the property which you are referring to for them to identify and give you an actual and accurate values of the lot in the area to which you replied last January 27, 2020.
