I am Roselyne May Olguera from Kalawaan Pasig City with a TIN ID # 245-110-603-000. I am sending this email to ask BIR if I may transfer my RDO code from Makati (where my rdo is right now) to 43 Pasig cIty ( place of residential) since my new employer asked me to do so
