Hi BIR representative,

May I request your kind assistance to get a copy of my ITR Form 2316 from Year 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, & 2021 for may visa application as proof of employment for LOVELY ANNE NAÑOLA.

I have already requested these copies to my previous employers, but I was informed they cannot find it anymore.

For my 2016 - 2020 my employer was 'Seapac Philippines Inc.,' and as for my 2021 employer it is 'Nova Edge Technical Services Inc.'

You asked for REQUEST FOR THE COPY OF ITR FORM 2316.

Response to Request

Response to your request:

We resolve to grant your request as to the following information:   Copy of your ITR for the year 2016, 2018 and 2020.  Requested BIR Form 2307 sent to the email address provided.

However, based on the reason stated below, we resolve to deny your request as to the following information:   Copy of your ITR for the year 2017 and 2020.

This Office does not have the information you have requested (ITR) since your employer failed to include your BIR Form 2316 in the CD submitted for the periods 2017 and 2020.  

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
