Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is considered a piece of sensitive personal information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012. 

We advised you to visit Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 58-Batangas City on your concern. They are located at BIR Building, Hilltop Road, Brgy. Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City, Batangas.
