You asked for Request for an Income Tax Return (ITR).

Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, January 16, to validate your existing eFOI request and to know whether your Mother is a Mixed Income Earner (MIE)/Job Order Contract (JO)/Contract of Service (COS) or an Employee during the Taxable Year (2022) per your request? 

Since your mother has a business, she must have kept a hard copy/file copy of the Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) she filed, including those subject of your request. Please note that the AITR for CY 2022 is yet to be filed on or before April 15, 2023, and other registered tax types such as Other Percentage Tax or Value-Added Tax, whichever is applicable.
