May 4, 2022 Dear Ms. Charmaine Jimenez: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 04, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Top Tax Payers. in response to your request, your concern can be answered best by Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place/areas of your inquiry. Moreover, please be informed of Section 270 of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, as amended, identifies the "unlawful divulgence" rule wherein personnel of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) cannot divulge information obtained from the taxpayer's business, income or estate as well as the secrets, operations, style or work or apparatus of any manufacturer or producer, or confidential information regarding the business of the taxpayer.
