Dear Ms. Gamido:

I refer to my letter of Feb 28, 2023 02:35:03 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for a copy of your Income Tax Return (ITR).

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Have you filed your 2022 Annual Income Tax Return? if yes, it would be helpful to know the following details:

1)  What Income Tax Return Form did you file? Is it BIR Form 1701 or BIR Form 
     1701A?
2)  What is the Complete Name indicated in the Income Tax Return you filed?
3)  Did you file it online or over the counter?
4)  What is your Tax Identification Number as indicated in your filed return?
5)  What Revenue District Office (RDO) did you file your Annual Income Tax 
     Return form?

Please be informed, that the RDO does not have a hard copy of the “No Payment” Returns filed either through eBIRForms or eFPS.

Emailed the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-038149694049, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 23, 2023 09:14:01 AM, your request will be closed.
