I refer to my letter of Oct 15, 2023 07:49:39 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form 2316.

Please be informed that the result of our verification in our system, you are currently registered as local employee. You may secure your Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2316) from your employer for Calendar Year 2022 and 2023 (in case, your employment with the company has been terminated before the end of this year).
