Hi, I would like to request a copy of my ITR 1701A. I filed it through Taxumo Philippines and received by the BIR on January 23, 2024.

Dear Ms. Oiguan:

I refer to my letter of Feb 01, 2024 07:38:04 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Copy of my ITR (1701A).

In reply, kindly provide the following details:

1. What kind of Income Tax Return are you requesting from us, Is it BIR Form 
     No. 1701 or BIR Form No. 1701A?
2. When did you file your Income Tax Return?
3. Did you file it Online (Thru eBIRForms Facility) or Manually at the Revenue 
    District Office (RDO) where you are registered?
4. What is your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)?

Email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-043777658189, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 26, 2024 07:45:46 AM, your request will be closed.
