Dear Mr. Bondoc,

I refer to my letter of Oct 28, 2021 01:15:32 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Form 2316.

in order for us to properly endorsed your request, kindly provide your employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 
and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these are sensitive information.

Please be informed that your BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your previous employer, If there is any, as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 20, 2022 06:22:53 AM, your request will be closed.
