Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 18, 2022 12:36:52 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request for a copy of your Income Tax Return (ITR) for 2021.

In reply, we have called your contact information today (July 18, 2022 at 2:09 P.M) and apprised you, if you need a copy of your Filed ITR and/or Certified True Copy of your ITR, in this case, BIR Form 1701 for Individuals Under Job Order Contract, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) in Malaybalay BIR Branch, kindly bring the original return and a photocopy for validation purpose.

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO where he is registered on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
