Dear Sir/Madam,

Hope you are doing well.
I am writing in through this website to request and hopefully receive a copy of my BIR 2316 form. This is for the purpose of submitting one of the employment requirement for my new employer. my  previous employer is not able to provide me with my BIR 2316 I worked from January 24, 2022 to January 22,2023 company Paramount Human Resources multi- Purpose Cooperative.
 
Hoping i here you feedback soon  i need this in last week of august. and here is my bir no. 759635610 and my email: jeraldmamon9@gmail.com

Dear Mr. MAMON:

I refer to my letter of Aug 17, 2023 10:36:15 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, Request of BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, please be informed that the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered can only provide you a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year 2022 if your employer has filed in your behalf. They will also be requiring you to present a copy of the duly received Annex F which can be obtained from your employer in which your name is included in the List of Employees Qualified Under Substituted Filing.

For BIR Form No. 2316 for CY 2023, the RDO gets a hold of the said form upon submission of your employer to them on or before February 28, 2024.

Kindly coordinate with your employer if you have not receive a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2022 and CY 2023 (in case your employment in the  company is terminated before the end of this year).

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 09, 2023 04:15:36 AM, your request will be closed.
