Hi regarding my change of address due to change of employer I cannot process it because both of RDO 41 and RDO 76 is telling me that I provided an invalid TIN # to them and it does not exist on their system while my previous employer is giving us a copy of our ITR last 2019 to 2020 period while I am still waiting for the 2021 copy because I already resigned last August. How long should it take for me to transfer my TIN because of this?

Dear Ms. Pingcale,

I refer to my letter of Feb 28, 2022 06:23:42 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Invalid TIN number.

Kindly clarify to us the following:
   -Did the two district offices tried to verify your registration through your name? 
  _Did you personally go to  them and provided your full name for verification of your TIN?

If you provided all these details and upon verification, RDO 41 & RDO 76 found out that you have an invalid TIN, then I suggest that you just have to apply for a a TIN. 

Kindly check our Citizen's Charter to know the duration of applying for TIN manually and thru onliene. You may visit this link:

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 24, 2022 01:04:58 AM, your request will be closed.
