Good day!

May I please request for a copy of the BIR Form 2303 of Supreme Court of the Philippines with TIN 000-865-512.

Per our initial inquiry to the BIR, the TIN of the SC is under RDO 33 in Manila.

We need their Certificate of Registration for when we prepare check payments for filing and court fees.

Dear Ms. Lim:

I refer to my letter of Jan 18, 2023 11:31:45 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, request for Supreme Court of the Philippines BIR Form No. 2303.

Please be informed, pursuant to Executive Order No. 2 S. 2016, any request for information through Freedom of Information (eFOI) portal (www.foi.gov.ph) shall provide the following documents:

1.	 Letter request by the taxpayer or its authorized representative;
2.	The request shall reasonably describe the purpose of the request for information;
3.	Original Board Resolution duly notarized, Corporate Secretary Certificate, or other acceptable written consent showing the authority of the representative to act in behalf of the corporation;
4.	At least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing photograph and signature.

Further please be informed that the Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 33 can only provide copies of documents issued to the taxpayer. Hence, other confidential matters falling under the exceptions to the Freedom of Information are prohibited to be released.
