Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 21, 2022 07:10:53 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request for a Tin Number.

Per our phone conversation this afternoon (July 22, 2022 at 2:49 P.M), we informed you, if you are applying for a TIN for Employment Purpose, your EMPLOYER shall obtain a TIN for their Employees through the eREG Portal pursuant to Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 37-2019 and MAY NOT BE DONE BY EMPLOYEES personally unless qualifying scenarios are met as listed in the said issuance (still it will be coursed through the Office Representative or Liaison Officer of the Company).
