Your Request

You asked for Zonal value of residential lot in Valenzuela City covering from 80s until 90s.

Response to Request

Dear Ms. Lai:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated August 20, 2022, regarding your request for the zonal value of residential lot in Dalandanan, Valenzuela City from 1980s until 1990s.

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located (click RDO 24 – Valenzuela City);
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value (click Sheets 1 to 3 for the zonal values of 1980s to 1990s); and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
