Hi I would like to request refund of my payment for nbi clearance. I am not aware that the location for pick up is only in manila when I click the QUICK RENEWAL button for nbi clearance and I'm residing here in iloilo province which make it not possible for me to get it .I already made my first payment via gcash , so i made another appointment in exact location that I can pick up my nbi clearance which I paid again. So i would like to refund my first payment.
