Good Day!

I would like a clarification on my previous request: #BIR-266944901067 that such process is also applicable even in a dissolved company? That while it is already dissolved, it wants to sell a parcel of land under the company's name. 

Any changes on the advice, kindly attach legal basis for reference. Thank you.
