Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 14, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for ITR.

May we advise Mr, Kuizon to lodge a request himself, or may just directly request his ITR  to the concerned RDO, bring the Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if the ITR were filed online) as I have noticed that you were not the owner of the ITR but Mr. Kuizon.

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

 We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
