Hi,

I would like to request for a position description form of your Information Systems Analyst I and Information Systems Analyst II.

I applied for said position in one of your Revenue Region Office and was curious of the job description. I asked from the RRO but unfortunately had got no reply until today.

Hoping you can provide me this instead.

I refer to my letter of Oct 12, 2022 10:34:00 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Position Description Form.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. You were asking for a Position Description Form (PDF) vary by the type of position and classification by which the Administrative and HRM Division of the Revenue Region can answer and provide. May we know where did you apply? And what BIR Revenue Region are you referring to?

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 04, 2023 03:23:20 AM, your request will be closed.

I applied for Information Systems Analyst under the BIR Revenue Region No. 19.

I tried requesting from them but was unable to receive a reply (if they did reply, the email has failed to reach me).

Hoping you can provide me with information.

In reply, you will be receiving a call (anytime today) from the BIR Administrative and Human Resource Management Division of Revenue Region No. 19-Davao City aside from the previous telephone call they made with you last October 4, 2022.

The Position Description Form is being given to those BIR applicants who have been chosen or short listed with the position with attached BIR Appointment.
