I refer to my letter of Oct 24, 2023 01:33:56 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, kindly clarify if you have a registered business from the period of 2016 to 2020? Or were you an employee (earning purely compensation income) from the period of 2016 to 2020?
