Goverment employee po kami ng husband ko. Married last April 2021. Inquire ko po kung need ng physical appearance sa office ng BIR para maichange ang name to married name at ang aming civil status? At ano po ang process na gagawin?

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. 

However, please be advised that you may download and print a copy of BIR Form 1905, fill out the form then attach a copy of your PSA marriage certificate and submit the accomplished form to the BIR branch office or Revenue District office where your TIN is currently registered.  If you are employed, submit the accomplished form to your employer.
