Dear Sir/Madam,

Hope you are doing well.

Regrettably, Bureau of Internal Revenue RDO 25A-West Bulacan, directed me to reach out to given numbers (09274068594 & 09639963763) and instructed me to go back to the RDO office once settled. However, I've already followed up multiple times and it's been 2 months still no feedback. This is for the purpose of submitting for my new employment.

It would be very much appreciated if you can update me about my information change via email as my employment is on the line — I have to submit this on July 1st.
