Your request You asked for BIR Form No. 1902. Response to your request Your request for a copy of your BIR Form No. 1902 can be obtained from your employer or from the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered. You have to indicate the date of transaction when your employer has submitted the said BIR Form 1902 to the RDO. Thank you.
