I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a copy of my Quarterly Percentage Tax Return and Quarterly Income Tax Return for 2023.

My name is Reynaldo Delos Reyes Marasigan, and my tax identification number is 251952182. I am in need of a copy of my tax returns for business permit renewal.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my requested documents at the earliest convenience.

In reply, please be informed that your request for document/information was endorsed to the Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 58-Batangas City, West Batangas for necessary action.

They will get in touch as soon as the document becomes available.
