Good day, I am Stacey Marie S. Ylagan, a 5th year architecture student of the University of San Carlos in Cebu City. I would like to ask for information regarding:

1. The number of registered shoe entrepreneurs in Carcar City, Cebu 

The most recent information would be preferred.

This information will be used in our data gathering section of our thesis that we are writing as a requirement for our last year in architecture school.

You asked for The number of registered shoe entrepreneurs in Carcar City, Cebu.

In reply, please be informed that in order for us specifically the Revenue District Office (RDO) concerned to work further on your request, we need the following requirements:  (1)  copy of your valid school I.D. and (2) written indorsement from your supervising teacher/professor/instructor (per Section 13.4 (d) of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual.

Kindly submit the abovementioned requirement to RDO No. 83-Talisay Cebu located at PKC Square Iawaan I, Talisay City Cebu and look for the Freedom of Information-Receiving Officer (FRO) of the district for assistance.
