I would like to verify if there is a  copy of Deed of sale executed by Aida Pulido Cruzin, married to Domingo C. Cruzin, in favor of Antonio Ray A. Ortiguera, in accordance with doc no.  399, page no. 81, book no. XXIII, series of 2009, notary public of Bataan, Nelson A. Cunanan

Response to your request

In reply, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The question has to be initially addressed to the processing office (BIR Revenue District Office) so you can come up with an acceptable alternative document to prove the existence of a document. 

The presentation of the original or at least a certified true copy of a deed of sale is indispensable, especially, since there is a "knowledge" or "inquiry" on the transfer of a real property.
