October 20, 2021 Dear Virgil, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 20, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Income Tax Return. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly resubmit your request and provide us the following details: - What ITR did you file for the year 2020? Was it 1700 or 1701? - May we know where you filed your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?. Moreover, we are also missing from you some vital information as you did not attach two valid IDs with your birthdate and picture as proof of your identity. hence, your request is denied. However, you may request your 2316 from your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
