I refer to my letter of Jul 12, 2022 09:36:07 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return (ITR).

In reply, we been calling your contact information several times today (July 12, 2022) to clarify some details such as:

- Where did you file your ITR (Manually at the Revenue District Office (RDO) or through eBIRForms Online)?
- What RDO are your registered with?
- When did you file your ITR?
- Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR was filed online), it would be helpful to know this information in order to proceed with your request. Kindly email the additional details/information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph indicate in the subject email tracking number #BIR-074939704457, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 04, 2022 03:50:10 AM, your request will be closed.
