In reply, you may utilize the Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module which can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph in order for you to know your Revenue District Office (RDO) where your TIN is registered.

Request for a stamped BIR TIN Verification Slip shall be made at any RDO near your area. Please bring Valid Government Identification Card (e.g. Passport, SSS, GSIS, Barangay ID).
