Dear Ms. Ongan,

I refer to my letter of July 27, 2021, 08:54:38 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR 2020.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following details:
-	What ITR did you file? Was it 1700 or 1701?
-	May we know where you filed your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-	Your TIN (if self-employed)
-	If employed, please indicate your employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online)
Also, kindly provide us your contact number, two government-issued IDs and your selfie picture, as proof of your identity and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. If you have been employed, your BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct. 19, 2021, 06:02:09 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.

Thank you.

Respectfully,

Ana Marie Du
