Hi,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a copy of my Income Tax Return (ITR) for the financial year 2022.

My name is Ian Neal B. Roque, and my tax identification number is 528760006. I am in need of a copy of my son’s scholarship application.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR before Dec 31, 2023 or at the earliest convenience. Kindly email the document to loreferoque@gmail.com

Dear Mr. Roque:

I refer to my letter of Dec 29, 2023 12:58:49 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for a copy of Income Tax Return.

This is in connection with your request for information, with reference number #BIR-077890387757, for the Request for a Copy of Income Tax Return.

After careful consideration, copies of Income Tax Return (ITR) can be requested from the Revenue District Office (RDO) where the same was filed and/or submitted or to the RDO where your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is registered. You just have to submit a Signed Letter Request for the purpose. However, if you are referring to BIR Form No. 2316, the same shall have to be requested from your EMPLOYER since the same is the One Mandated by Law to Prepare and Provide to the Concerned Employee/s pursuant to Section 2.83.1 of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 10-2008.
