Hi I would like ask for a copy of my BIR 2316 from my previous employer - Alorica Philippines Inc.

I have been separated from the company since February 2022 and I havent receive 2316 from them.

I appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

Your Request

You asked for BIR 2316.

Response to Request

Per our phone conversation this afternoon (August 30, 2022), you were apprised that per Section 6 of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 10-2008 provides that it is the responsibility of the EMPLOYER to furnish the employee his/her BIR Form 2316 on or before January 31 of the succeeding calendar year, or if the employment is terminated before the close of such calendar year, on the day of which the last payment of compensation is made. This shall serve as your Income Tax Return (ITR). Hence, we advise that you coordinate with the concerned employer/s for your copy of BIR Form 2316.
