Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 13, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year 2019 for Mr. Allan Lenomta.

Response to your request

In reply, a similar request has been answered under eFOI Tracking Number #BIR-885424430405, stating that the record/s was already unavailable and had been archived already in the first place.

We suggest to Mr. Allan that he request the same from his employer since these employers are required to maintain their records for future reference by the BIR.

Please be informed also, that If the request is through a representative, the written authorization of the requesting party and 2 valid government IDs of the representative are needed.
