Hi! I would like to know when will be the ORUS available. I register a new business and the RDO advices me to use ORUS to register my books. But due to ORUS' unavailability, I could not able to do it so. 

Thank you for hearing my inquiry and hopefully I could able to get a concrete response for the success of this matter.

Response to your request

In reply, per coordination with the Taxpayer Service Programs and Monitoring Division (TSPMD), in case of system downtime of ORUS, you may do Manual Transaction at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you  or your company is/are registered.
