Hi I want to seek for your help to get my money back from Gcash to my AUB Bank account. It's been 3 months and 15 days and yet Gcash failed to make a fund reversal to me and on top of that they closed and tagged my ticket as resolved. They asked me to provide legal documents which I already gave them last April 8, and they are not responding to my bank for follow up. It's been too long despite the fact they promised my refund process would onty take 7 banking days and now it's been 3 months and 15 days. I want my money back now since it's been too long I have been waiting for it.

You request for your Gcash Refund.

We have called you while ago to get additional details on your concern and the reversal or claim of refund of your commission income that was lodged twice in the Gcash payment was more of a concern of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) -regulations governing these transaction channels.
