You request for Income Tax Return (ITR).

Per our Phone conversation this afternoon (August 4, 2022) you are advised to proceed with our district office in Las Piñas City located at OHZ Bldg., Lot 1 E-F, L. Hernandez Avenue, Brgy. Almanza Uno, Zapote Road, Las Pinas City for the computation and assistance on the filing of your ITR (BIR Form 1701) under Contractual/Contract of Service.
