Dear Ms. DE JESUS,

I refer to my letter of Nov 04, 2021 05:17:57 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for requesting for a copy of my ITR.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following details for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these are sensitive information:
-	What ITR form did you file? 
-	Where did you file your ITR, what is your Rdo No.
-       What is your TIN No.
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 
Furthermore, the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 27, 2022 11:49:29 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
