Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 06, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for BIR 2316.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Also, please be informed that your ITR/BIR Form 2316 for 2021 has yet to be filed next year, hence we cannot provide you the same. 

However, you may ask for this form from your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee if employment is terminated before the close of such calendar year, or on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
