Hi! I'm helping my mom to transfer her TIN RDO online since she's currently residing in the province. She is currently registered under RDO 25A in Tabang Plaridel Bulacan and she needs help changing it to RDO 37 in San Jose Occidental Mindoro. Hope to get assistance online as location is far from her residence and she needs to submit updated form to her new employer

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 06, 2023 10:06:37 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Transfer of TIN RDO.

Response to Request

In reply, please be informed of the following:

1. To double check your mother's current TIN Registration, you may use the  Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module which can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph.

2. You may send her duly accomplished BIR Form No. 1905 and scanned copies of her two (2) valid government issued I.D.s at the generic address of the Revenue District Office (RDO) where her TIN is currently registered (BIR Directory and Email Address are available at the BIR Website at https://www.bir.gov.ph).

3. The TIN Number of your mother should be transferred to the new RDO that has jurisdiction over her place of residence.

4. Additional Documents, if applicable to the following cases: If transacting through a Representative: Special Power of Attorney (SPA) executed by the
taxpayer-applicant; (1 original); and Any government-issued ID of the taxpayer and authorized representative; (1 photocopy).

Note: IDs shall be presented and should be readable,
untampered and contains consistent information
with the documents presented upon application.
