Hi! I would like to request the copy of all BIR registered, if possible, with information: Name of taxpayer, company name, registered address and tin number.

Thank you for your request dated Jul 10, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for BIR Registered.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The registration of taxpayers is more on the jurisdiction of the BIR Revenue District Office (RDO).

However, the requested information falls under the Data Privacy Act, the RDOs cannot provide the requested data, on the Names of Taxpayers under their jurisdiction, Company Name, Registered Address and TIN. They are committed in protecting the privacy and confidentiality of their taxpayers' information.
