Hi, good day! I’m a child of an OFW who is a single parent. I would like to get a BIR Tax Exemption Certificate of Father and Mother and Affidavit of Non-filing of Income Tax for my scholarship in college. I am currently in 12th grade and it would be very helpful if I can get one.
