I would like to request a copy of my BIR Form 2316 for the year 2020. Thank you very much.

Dear Ms. Fredeluces,

I refer to my letter of Dec 21, 2021 09:25:02 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR 2316.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, kindly provide us your employer’s business name & address, TIN No. and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information.

However, you may directly request said form from your previous employer as it is also mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 16, 2022 05:24:37 AM, your request will be closed.
