Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 11, 2023 02:21:57 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for BIR forms with stamps.

Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, April 12, to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.

In reply, please be informed of the following per your request:

1. BIR Form 2316 (Calendar Year 2023) - ALL EMPLOYERS WITH EMPLOYEES, WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE MINIMUM WAGE EARNERs (MWEs), ARE REQUIRED TO ISSUE BIR FORM NO. 2316. 

BIR FORM NO. 2316 SHOULD BE ISSUE ON OR BEFORE JANAURY 31 FOLLOWING THE CALENDAR YEAR, OR, IF THE EMPLOYEE IS TERMINATED BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR YEAR, ON THE DAY THE LAST SALARY OF THE EMPLOYEE IS PAID”

Please coordinate with your employer and ask for the copy of your BIR Form 2316 from the year 2022 if you have not receive a copy.

2. BIR Form 1902 - this BIR Form is already available at the BIR Website.

3. TIN Verification Slip - You can now retrieve your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Revenue District Office (RDO) Code through Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module. 

Revie can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph.
